all SIPCOT industrial estates statewide will be extensively modernised, with uninterrupted power, proper drinking water, and strong road links to cities and harbours; new SIPCOT parks set up in backward districts; farmland acquisition for SIPCOT limited to essential acreage only; all vacant SIPCOT land prioritised for production/commercial use, allotted with deadlines and fully utilised.தொழில் புரிவதை எளிதாக்கவும், ஏற்றுமதி திறனை மேம்படுத்தவும் தமிழகத்தின் அனைத்து சிப்காட் (SIPCOT) தொழிற்பூங்காக்களையும் தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழக அரசு விரிவான முறையில் நவீனப்படுத்தும். இதன் மூலம் தடையில்லா மின்சாரம், சீரான குடிநீர் வசதி, நகரங்கள் மற்றும் துறைமுகங்களுடன் இணைக்கும் வலுவான சாலைக் கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள் உறுதி செய்யப்படும். பின்தங்கிய மாவட்டங்களில் புதிய சிப்காட் பூங்காக்கள் உருவாக்கப்படும்; அதே வேளையில், விவசாயிகளிடமிருந்து எக்கரணம் கொண்டும் விளைநிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்தப்பட மாட்டாது என்பது உறுதி செய்யப்படும். காலியாக உள்ள சிப்காட் நிலங்கள் அனைத்தும் உற்பத்தி மற்றும் வணிக பயன்பாட்டிற்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்பட்டு, காலக்கெடுவுக்குள் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டு முழுமையாகப் பயன்படுத்தப்படுவது உறுதி செய்யப்படும்.
